What this website does with your information. The short version: very little.

This website is run by Glam & Go Training Academy Ltd, trading as Glam & Go Academy, Unit 21, Treaty Centre, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1DH, company number 15738812. Our data protection registration number is ZC148655.
This website
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers such as the Meta pixel. We don't collect anything about you when you browse it.
The visit form doesn't send anything to us or store anything. It writes a WhatsApp message for you, which you can read and change before you decide to send it. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy.
The map on the contact page stays switched off until you press “Show the map”, and only then does it load from Google, which may set its own cookies.
Enquiries from our Facebook and Instagram ads
Our academy ads either open a WhatsApp chat with Glam & Go or show a short form on Facebook or Instagram (an Instant Form). They may ask your name, contact details, which course level you're interested in and any beauty training you've done. We use your answers to reply to you and arrange your visit, and if you don't enrol we keep them for a year after our last contact with you, then delete them. We never ask health questions in our ads. When you contact us
If you message, call or email us, we use your details to reply to you and to arrange your visit. If you enrol, we use them to run your course and register you with VTCT Skills, our awarding body. We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we aren't required to keep it. Email glamandgohounslow@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commission (formerly the Information Commissioner's Office) at ico.org.uk.
