Questions about the academy

Not for Level 2. VTCT sets no entry requirements and the minimum age is 16. Level 3 is for people who already hold a Level 2 beauty qualification.

VTCT doesn't set a formal requirement, but we ask that you hold a Level 2 beauty qualification first, because Level 3 builds on those skills. If you trained somewhere else, bring your certificate and we'll talk it through.

Yes. Both diplomas are awarded by VTCT Skills and are regulated qualifications on the Ofqual register: Level 2 is 500/9039/2 and Level 3 is 500/8964/X. Glam & Go is a VTCT Skills approved centre, number 4558/001.

Yes. Alongside the two diplomas we run one-day CPD courses for therapists and practitioners who are already working, such as dermaplaning, microneedling and dermal fillers. They're listed on our CPD courses page.

£2,000 per diploma for the December 2026 intake. Our standard price is £2,200. Prices include VAT.

Yes. For the December intake, a £500 deposit holds your place, then you pay three instalments of £500 during the course.

Your training, and your VTCT registration and certificate fees.

VTCT issues it once you've passed every unit and the course is paid in full.

Wednesdays and Fridays, starting Wednesday 2 December 2026. The course runs for about three and a half months, so we expect it to finish in mid-March 2027. We confirm the exact finish date when you enrol.

In person. Come in and see us first, then you enrol at the academy: you sign the enrolment forms and pay your deposit to hold your place.

Yes. We send you the enrolment forms, and your place is confirmed once you've signed and returned them and paid your deposit. If you enrol this way, consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel.
