One price per diploma, including VAT and your VTCT fees, paid in four parts.
Course fees
Prices include VAT. Fees correct October 2026. One-day CPD course prices are on the CPD courses page.

- Your training, and your VTCT registration and certificate fees.

- VTCT issues it once you've passed every unit and the course is paid in full.
- Enrolling
- In person at the academy. You sign our enrolment forms, which set out the full terms, before you pay a deposit. Enrolling without coming in? You sign and return the same forms first, and consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel.

The four payments above are for the December intake at £2,000. We agree the instalment dates with you when you enrol.

How much does it cost?
£2,000 per diploma for the December 2026 intake. Our standard price is £2,200. Prices include VAT.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. For the December intake, a £500 deposit holds your place, then you pay three instalments of £500 during the course.
What's included?
Your training, and your VTCT registration and certificate fees.
When do I get my certificate?
VTCT issues it once you've passed every unit and the course is paid in full.
